Sacredspace Holistics ( we ) take the issue of security and data protection very seriously and strictly adhere to guidelines published in the general Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 which is applicable from 25th May 2018. We provide complementary services to groups and individuals.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

All clients details and records are kept in the strictest of confidence and are stored securely on our premises. This data is kept for 7 years after the completion of your treatments as required by UK law. We will not share information with anyone else, unless you give express permission for us to do so i.e. referral to an other health care provider. The only exceptions to this is when we are required to by UK law – i.e. when a client is considered to be a danger to themselves or others, or if we are required to do so by a court order.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
When you give us information we make sure your personal information is kept secure and safe. All data is stored on password protected computers amd in the case of hard copy details, stored in secure premises.
