Martin began his journey in the field of health and well-being at the age of 13 when his mother signed him up for a local judo class as his birthday present.
Shortly after he joined the Institute Of Martial Arts in Erftstadt-Germany where he started practising various forms of self defence including boxing, muay thai, wing tsung, knife and stick fighting. His early education, both at college and university led him to study business and economy, holding the believe it would lead to a steady and stable working career. An experience that left Martin highly unfulfilled with the realisation that something was missing. In order to find his truth he decided to follow his intuition and moved to London in 2006. Here he trained in the Korean system of Dahnhak where he learned and eventually progressed to teach ancient energy practices such as qi gong, energy martial arts known as Dahn Mu Do and meditation. Pursuing his passion for health and well-being he began a successful career in holistic personal training implementing all the tools acquired so far, sharing his knowledge and helping others to lead a healthier and more balanced life.
In order to better understand the relationship between the body, mind and spirit Martin continued to research alternative ways of healing such as Shamanism, Dowsing, Sound Healing, Reiki, Systematic Kinesiology and Neurokinetic Therapy. Today he works with people from all walks of life, supporting their health and well-being through movement, body work, sound therapy, shamanic and energy healing.
